Yes, all Manchester Timekeeper timepieces in our shop are assembled in small batches right here in our Manchester workshop, ensuring premium quality control.

We primarily ship within the UK, but can arrange international secure courier delivery for our automatic timepieces upon request.

Manchester Timekeeper offers a straightforward 28-day returns policy on all retail watches purchased directly from our store. If you are not completely satisfied with your watch, you may return it within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the watch is in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by the original receipt and packaging. Returns related to watch repairs are handled separately under our service warranty. To initiate a return, please contact us using your purchase / order number as the reference to ensure a smooth and efficient process. This policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring our clients receive reliable timepieces tested to perfection.

Manchester Timekeeper watches (unless stated otherwise) are powered by the PT5000 automatic watch movement that is produced by HK Precision Technologies. A 25 jewel, 28,800 vph movement, offering a very smooth sweeping second hand and a power reserve of up to 40 hours. Based on the reliable, 2824-2 calibre, the PT5000 has an stated accuracy deviation of -10/+30 seconds per day from the manufacturer. Our Manchester Timekeeper watches (although not certified) are regulated as close to the chronometer standard (-4/+6 seconds per day) as possible. All of our movements are time tested for a minimum of 7 days when fully cased in 6 positions to ensure long term reliability and we guaruntee that each piece performs well within the manufacturers stated tolerances.

Unfortunately, we do not offer bespoke commission builds on any of our timepieces.

All of our timepieces are packaged securely in a presentation box, your instruction manual and warranty are sent as a PDF via email up on checkout. This is part of our paperless commitment.

A 10BAR waterproof rating indicates that a watch is water-resistant up to 100 meters (approximately 330 feet) under static pressure, suitable for activities such as swimming and snorkelling but not for deep diving.
